Mr. King has been involved with the Barnegat Bay’s National Estuary Program since its inception in 1995. He was a member of the program’s Citizen Advisory Committee, where he contributed his expertise as a lifelong student and steward of the Barnegat Bay. He is a keen naturalist, flyrodder, and expert nature photographer (his photographs grace all three of the posters in the BBP series). Mr. King is a member of the Atlantic Salt Water Flyrodders, and a volunteer for Friends of Island Beach State Park.

Presentation: A stunning slide show program featuring beautiful close-ups of the many organisms that inhabit the estuary will illustrate his narrative on the food chains and organisms of the Barnegat Bay estuary, including the values and processes that make it so important.

Availability: He is available to speak to your Adult, College, High School, Middle School, or Elementary School group on weekdays (including evenings) and weekends (including evenings) and he will travel to any venue in Ocean and lower Monmouth Counties. He would like to be reimbursed for travel expenses and will charge $150 for his presentation (price negotiable depending on the group). He would appreciate provision of a back-up 35 mm slide projector.
